Having a professional team plus professionals our group of companies is on an exponential growth, we are actively seeking a graduate engineer to join our elite team as a Senior Sales Engineer for the ICT & ELV business.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven Track Record: Showcase a millions plus annual sales achieved across various ELV projects consistently over the last three years in UAE Jordan.

Market Presence:
Boast extensive market contacts with established relationships among major players such as Facility Management companies, Interior Design firms, Government Entities, Retail, Hospitality, Health Care, and End Users.
Business Development Skills: Possess a robust ability to generate and assess pricing for Annual Maintenance Contracts, Retrofit projects, and IT Infrastructure upgrades.
In country Expertise: Demonstrate at least 5 years of successful work experience in country.

Technical Acumen: Present a proven track record in country of project sales in various domains, encompassing large IP CCTV systems with server-based VMS like Digifort and Milestone servers/Storage servers, Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems, Perimeter Security Systems, ICT, Public Address Systems, Audio/Video Solutions, Home Automation, and Lighting Control.
Vendor Relationship: Exhibit a strong rapport with a diverse array of top-tier product suppliers,

Creating and executing sales strategies
Inspiring and guiding a sales team to meet and exceed set targets Securing new business opportunities and cultivating sales leads
Identifying potential customers and formulating strategies to attain sales objectives
Supporting the Pre-sales team and fostering collaboration across departments
Establishing and nurturing lasting customer relationships
Providing regular updates to the Senior Management
Achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
